How Digitill handles seller and marketplace data.

1. Who We Are

Digitill is an inventory, listing, order, and fulfillment operations tool for sellers. For privacy questions, contact us at support@digitill.net.

2. Data We Process

Depending on how a seller uses Digitill, we may process:

Seller shop name, contact email, pickup address, and pickup contact details.
Inventory spreadsheet data such as SKU, title, description, category, condition, price, quantity, cost, postage, weight, supplier, and image URLs.
Marketplace OAuth tokens after the seller authorizes access.
Marketplace listing, order, stock, payment status, shipping status, and fulfillment data.
Courier booking data such as pickup address, order reference, label URL, tracking number, and collection reference.
Technical logs needed to diagnose connection, publishing, sync, and fulfillment errors.

3. How We Use Data

We use seller data only to operate Digitill, including:

Preparing, validating, and publishing seller-approved listings.
Syncing orders and stock lifecycle information.
Creating marketplace business policies or inventory locations when authorized.
Booking courier pickup or fulfillment through configured courier integrations.
Providing support, troubleshooting, security, and service reliability.

4. Marketplace Access

Digitill uses official marketplace authorization flows where available. Sellers authorize access through the marketplace provider. Digitill does not collect marketplace passwords and does not use seller credentials to log in to marketplace accounts.

5. Etsy API Notice

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application may use the Etsy API if approved and enabled, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Digitill does not scrape Etsy pages, automate Etsy web pages, or collect Etsy passwords.

6. eBay API Notice

eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. Digitill may use eBay APIs after the seller authorizes access. Digitill is not endorsed or certified by eBay Inc.

7. Storage and Security

Marketplace tokens are encrypted before storage. Access to seller data is limited to the systems and operators needed to provide the service. We use HTTPS for production service endpoints.

8. Sharing With Service Providers

We may share only the data required with infrastructure, marketplace, database, support, and courier providers to operate Digitill. We do not sell seller data.

9. Data Retention

We keep seller data while the seller uses Digitill or while needed for legal, security, accounting, or support reasons. Sellers may request deletion by contacting support.

10. Account Deletion and Access Revocation

Sellers can revoke marketplace access from their marketplace account settings. Digitill also supports applicable marketplace account deletion notification workflows where required.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as Digitill develops. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date above.
